Each and every product is processed after verification, this includes prescription validation when required. Once your order is confirmed, your order is carefully packed and dispatched through trusted logistics partners . Delivery timeline may vary on location.

You will receive order updates and tracking details via your email you can also track through your mobile by logging on our website. We ensure proper packaging and safe handling to maintain your product quality.

Refund policy

Your safety and satisfaction is our utmost priority. Refunds are applicable in case the product you receive were delivered in damaged conditions or are expired, missing or incorrect. You must reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery and also provide a clear image of the product and the packaging. After verification our team will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Prescription medications are non refundable until and unless there is an error occurring from our side.

Exchange policy

Exchange is only permitted when an incorrect product is delivered by us or when the item arrives damaged or expired. You must raise the exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the order and the product should remain unused and in their original packaging. After confirmation and verification the replacement of the product will be dispatched without any additional cost.

Damaged products

If you receive a damaged product due to a transit issue , you should report the issue immediately without any delay. We at Globaltrustopedia, will arrange a replacement or refund after verification. Damaged items caused by improper storage after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Expired medications 

We at Globaltrustopedia follow strict quality checks to ensure all our products meet proper industry standards and all the medicines are well within their expiry date at the time of dispatch. If by any chance, in the rare event you received an expiry product immediately contact us within 48 hours. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund after verification and confirmation to ensure your trust and safety.
